- Incorrect recipient numbers, duplicate orders, underpayments, overpayments, or cancelled orders may require manual review before fulfillment or refund handling.
- You must ensure the phone number and order details you submit are correct before payment.
Refunds and Service Issues
Refunds are not automatic in every case. We review failed, cancelled, underpaid, overpaid, duplicate, or disputed transactions based on payment status, provider records, and operational checks. Where a refund is approved, it may be processed to the original payment source or by another reasonable method.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with service availability.
- Do not use another person's payment details, identity, or account without permission.
Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, instant delivery in every case, or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impulse Comms is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
